Meloy previously served as senior vice president of account management at Chicago-based Marketing Werks. Crossmark said Tuesday that in her new role she will be responsible for boosting Marketing Werks’ competitive position and spurring growth, as well as leading the agency’s management team overseeing client accounts, financial performance, business development, talent, office operations and culture.

With the move, Meloy reports to Steve Schuckenbrock, chief executive officer of Plano, Texas-based Crossmark, which provides sales and marketing services for consumer brand suppliers and retailers.

“We are excited to welcome Holly to the executive leadership team,” Schuckenbrock stated. “For nearly 30 years Marketing Werks has been recognized as an industry leader, and we don’t intend for that to change. With Holly’s appointment to managing director, we are confident that Marketing Werks will remain on top and continue to deliver unrivaled campaigns to current and future clients that inspire and motivate consumers.”

Marketing Werks offers a range of integrated marketing solutions, including experiential campaigns, sponsorship activation, pop-up retail, mobile tours, multicultural, digital, social, public relations and multichannel analytics.

“Holly’s experience developing strategic brand initiatives brings immense value to our organization, and her outstanding leadership and client relationship skills will help us build for the future and drive business growth,” added Schuckenbrock.

Before joining Marketing Werks, Meloy was vice president and account director at Arc Worldwide, a Leo Burnett company, where she directed the development and delivery of end-to-end shopper and consumer marketing solutions for Procter & Gamble brands and customer teams, including Olay, Pantene, Target and CVS.

“I believe in the vision that is being laid out for this agency’s continued success and future growth, and I am thrilled to be leading the team charged with moving that vision forward,” Meloy commented. “Our powerful family ties with parent company Crossmark and sister company PromoWorks provide us with unmatched access to consumer data, superior analytics and nationwide connectivity to retailers and shoppers. The strength of this network and its resources set us apart. Our campaigns begin with deeper insights and broader potential, allowing us to create more customized and personalized experiences.”
