FORT WORTH, Texas — Galderma Laboratories has launched a collection of seven new facial skin care products for its Cetaphil brand.

Galderma said Wednesday that the facial care additions — including daily and night moisturizers, makeup remover wipes and liquid, a face wash, and redness-relief daily and night moisturizers — give Cetaphil a wider range of specialized solutions that address key skin issues, including hydration, effective makeup removal and skin prone to redness.

New products include Cetaphil Daily Hydrating Lotion, Rich Hydrating Night Cream and Gentle Makeup Removing Wipes.

Highlights of the new Cetaphil line include a daily moisturizer and rich night cream containing hyaluronic acid, a powerful moisturizing agent and an essential component of skin, known for its ability to retain up to 1,000 times its weight in water, according to Galderma. All seven new products also are dermatologist-tested, noncomedogenic, hypoallergenic and suitable for all skin types.

Cetaphil Daily Hydrating Lotion is a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer formulated with hyaluronic acid to provide instant hydration to skin and lock in moisture to protect skin from dryness. Also with hyaluronic acid, Cetaphil Rich Hydrating Night Cream contains a pro-vitamin complex and an olive extract to helps retain skin’s natural moisture and safeguard it from dryness during the night while gently soothing skin.

The Cetaphil Gentle Makeup Removing Wipes are formulated with aloe vera, green tea and chamomile to lift even waterproof makeup from facial skin while providing a soothing cleansing experience, according to Galderma. Meanwhile, Cetaphil Gentle Makeup Remover, an oil-free, bi-phase liquid, contains aloe vera, ginseng and green tea to gently dissolve makeup — including waterproof — and leave skin feeling smooth, clean and refreshed.

An extra gentle cleanser, Cetaphil Foaming Face Wash washes away dirt, impurities and makeup that can clog pores and irritate sensitive skin, Galderma said. Cetaphil Redness Relieving Daily Facial Moisturizer, a neutral tinted moisturizer with SPF 20, neutralizes the appearance of redness, evens skin tone and hydrates the natural protective skin barrier, leaving it soothed and balanced. And the rich Cetaphil Redness Relieving Night Moisturizer provides continuous moisture to reduce appearance of redness due to dryness overnight.

Galderma said the new Cetaphil products are now available at major food, drug and discount retail stores nationwide.
