NEENAH, Wis. — Kleenex has begun rolling out its Kleenex Facial Cleansing product collection to major online retailers.

The Kimberly-Clark brand said the Kleenex Facial Cleansing line — including facial cleansing wipes, exfoliating cushions, eye makeup removers and cotton soft pads — will become available at such retailers as Amazon.com, Target.com, Walmart.com, CVS.com, Walgreens.com, Ulta.com, Fresh Direct and Peapod and  beginning through early September.

Kleenex noted that the online retail rollout will boost its e-commerce presence.

“We’re excited to now offer our Facial Cleansing line in what is the fastest-growing channel in the skin care category, and also where our consumer is already shopping,” stated Eniko Olah, senior brand manager at Kleenex. “We’re committed to providing our consumers with products that deliver healthier-looking skin and appreciate the importance of convenience, speed and mobility in today’s fast-paced, busy environment. With this expansion, we’re increasing our digital footprint and strengthening our distribution, and as a result we’re able to better serve our consumers.”

Launched last fall, the Kleenex Facial Cleansing collection combines uniquely textured, multilayered fabrics infused with a pro-vitamin complex, the company said.

The moist, multilayered facial cleansing wipes ($9.99 for a 25-wipe refillable dispenser) feature textured fabric lifts to trap dirt, oil, makeup and impurities and come in a 25-wipe refillable dispenser. Dual-sided, the exfoliating cushions ($9.99 for a 12-pad refillable dispenser) smooth and polish the skin, which at the same time is purified by a built-in, water-activated cleanser. The moist eye makeup removers ($9.99 for a 60-remover refillable dispenser) have exclusive fabric technology infused with oil-free remover to easily lift and trap long-lasting eye makeup. And Kleenex said the dry cotton soft pads (85 pads for $4.99) provide a versatile tool for beauty routines.

Also showcased on the Kleenex Facial Cleansing website are Kleenex Shine Away Sheets. The super-absorbent sheets, priced at $4.99 for a 50-sheet package, are designed to lift and trap excess oil without smudging makeup.
