February 20th, 2014
TORONTO – Canadian drug chain Rexall is leveraging JAeMarketing Management Inc.'s Pharma Velocity patient support platform to enhance its pharmacy customer experience and optimize pharmacy efficiency.
JAeMarketing said Wednesday that Pharma Velocity is designed to help Rexall provide integrated customer and patient services via a rich, multichannel and personalized experience.
The enterprise Pharma Velocity platform and marketing management applications, geared specifically for retail pharmacy, enable the remote delivery, management, measurement and analysis of situational-specific patient management, treatment and exception management activities, while minimizing dispensary disruption and cost and optimizing results, JAeMarketing said.
Rexall operates 435 drug stores across Canada.
According to JAeMarketing, the Pharma Velocity solution can help pharmacies in such areas as ensuring the effectiveness of operational leadership, driving medication adherence to proven treatments and business models, maximizing patient satisfaction, sustaining store or branch results with minimal operational effort, focusing on dispensary and retail execution, rapidly adapting to changing business conditions, and minimizing the productive time lost through training.
"Pharma Velocity represents JAeMM's commitment to assisting retail and health care professionals in supporting Canadians to feel good about their health," James Oneschuk, chief executive officer of JAeMarketing Management, said in a statement. "Pharma Velocity offers Canadian pharmacy a cost-effective way to support more sophisticated programs and integrated services across millions of patients, including secure access to medication information online if they choose, and enables pharmacists to support patients and customers with more proprietary programs and services online, or through each store."
