HOUSTON — RediClinic has launched a redesigned website that aims to make it easier for people to access care as well as information on its services and health topics.

The new RediClinic.com’s responsive platform enables one-click appointments from a mobile or desktop device.

One-click appointments from a mobile or desktop device are enabled by the new website’s highly responsive online platform, so patients don’t need to scroll or search. Patients can personalize their experience by marking their favorite local RediClinic, which gives them access to accepted insurance plans, pricing, special promotions and hours for a preferred location.

Also available is health-related content on subjects ranging from prevention of urinary tract infections to management of allergies to eating well.

“RediClinic makes staying healthy convenient for busy people,” Danielle Barrera, chief operating and marketing officer at RediClinic, said in a statement. “One-click appointments, a personal connection with a favorite clinic and information that helps people get healthy and live healthy are just a few of the new ways RediClinic is making access to quality care even easier.”

The redesigned RediClinic.com also features a new career section that provides prospective associates insight into life as a RediClinic team member. The section offers candidates benefits information, an online clinic tour, frequently asked questions and video testimonials from current clinic staff.

“We believe our clinic teams are among the most dedicated, compassionate and accomplished in the country,” Barrera added. “Our new careers section showcases their unique perspectives in addition to providing a comprehensive view of career opportunities at RediClinic so that we may continue to attract the nation’s best clinical talent.”

Overall, RediClinic operates 63 clinics inside Rite Aid stores in the greater Philadelphia, Baltimore/District of Columbia and Seattle areas, as well as in New Jersey. There are also 36 RediClinics inside H-E-B supermarkets in Austin, Houston and San Antonio, Texas.

RediClinic walk-in clinics are staffed by nurse practitioners or physician assistants who are licensed to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications for more than 30 common health conditions, such as upper respiratory infections, flu, strep throat, ear infections and and urinary tract infections, among others. Also offered are a menu of preventive services, including health screenings, medical tests, immunizations and basic physical exams, including back-to-school and sports physicals. The clinics are open seven days a week, with extended weekday hours.
