January 17th, 2011
BOCA RATON, Fla. – Diabetica Research Solutions Inc. (DRSI) has retained TransMedia Group to publicize ReStore! Energy, its energy formula for people with diabetes.
"We have selected TransMedia because of its historical success in drawing national media attention to innovative health care and medical products," Younis Zubchevich, chief executive officer of DRSI, said in a statement Monday. "With TransMedia's planned campaigns, it is our goal to expose ReStore! Energy to millions of Americans living with diabetes."
According to DRSI, an independent survey identified fatigue as the No. 1 challenge for more than 85% of people with diabetes. In the United States, there are about 27 million people with diabetes, and about 60 million with pre-diabetes, the company said.
The ReStore! Energy diabetes energy formula is designed to provide great-tasting, balanced, long-lasting natural energy through a unique, mega B vitamin complex that has no caffeine, no sugar, no calories and low carbs, DRSI said. The product comes in convenient single-serve packets that mix with water.
"We're ready to aggressively implement programs to build national awareness for ReStore! Energy and to help as many individuals with diabetes as possible become Energetic Diabetics," TransMedia senior vice president Kim Morgan stated. "ReStore! Energy helps people with diabetes beat fatigue, get through their day, exercise and be more active, which is essential to self manage diabetes and significantly reduce individual health care costs."
DRSI said ReStore! Energy is expanding its national distribution and is currently available in 16,000 stores nationwide, including Rite Aid, Duane Reade, Medicine Shoppe, Kroger, Ralphs, Winn-Dixie, Giant Eagle, Wegmans, H.E. Butt, SaveMart, Hy-Vee, Leader Pharmacies and Family Pharmacy as well as online at CVS.com and drugstore.com.
