Upsher-Smith named AmerisourceBergen 'Manufacturer of the Year'

MAPLE GROVE, Minn. – Upsher-Smith Laboratories Inc. has been recognized as a Manufacturer of the Year by AmerisourceBergen Corp.

Upsher-Smith said Monday that it received AmerisourceBergen's Manufacturer of the Year Award for branded pharmaceutical sales under $500 million.

The pharmaceutical distributor presented the award to Upsher-Smith at the annual National Healthcare Conference and Exposition (NHCE) in Las Vegas.

The prescription and over-the-counter health care manufacturer said it was chosen as a Manufacturer of the Year by AmerisourceBergen "for consistently demonstrating the attributes of a productive partnership: being respectful, responsive and fair."
