DC Brands eyes bigger retail presence for HARD Nutrition

DENVER – DC Brands International Inc. has enlisted a national sales and brokerage company to help it broaden distribution of its HARD Nutrition functional water systems and supplements to local and national retailers across multiple channels.
"This is the first time in the company's history that it will have representation and access to national retail accounts. This is monumental step in expanding from our Colorado base to the broader U.S. market," according to Stephen Horgan, president and chief executive officer of HARD Nutrition.
"This agreement will provide HARD Nutrition access to tens of thousands of retail outlets nationally such as Walgreens, Costco and the major national grocery chains," Horgan stated. "Nutrition- and health-conscious consumers will soon be able enjoy the refreshment, taste and benefits of HARD Nutrition all across the country."
Under the cap of each HARD Nutrition beverage are supplements designed to provide a specific functional benefit for the body. Along with the lightly flavored water, formulated as a catalyst for the enclosed supplements, the product provides a system that gives the body the nutrients it needs to deliver the desired results.
The functional waters address such areas as digestive health, system cleansing, recovery after exercise, endurance and stamina, appetite control, tendon and joint pain, and energy.
The company's dietary supplements, offered under the HARD Nutrition and Health Advantage brands, provide therapeutic, energy, recovery, wellness, weight loss, performance and system cleansing benefits.
