Coty Beauty US appoints senior sales exec

NEW YORK – Brian Falcone has been named as senior vice president of sales at Coty Beauty US.

The beauty care giant said this week that Falcone, who comes to Coty after a 23-year career at Johnson & Johnson, will oversee all sales activities for Coty Beauty US mass brands.

Reporting to George Cleary, president of Coty Beauty Americas, Falcone will be responsible for field sales, customer marketing, category management, wall strategy and fixture planning. He will be based in New York.

Most recently at Johnson & Johnson, Falcone served as vice president of customer development for the company's Target Corp. business.

Before that, he held a number of key sales leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, including vice president of sales strategy for the consumer group, vice president of sales strategy for the global beauty business unit, national sales director for the food/drug/mass retail channel, director of sales for the company's Walmart business, and a variety of trade marketing and sales manager positions.
