Amazon has quietly received approvals for pharmacy wholesale licenses from at least a dozen state pharmacy boards, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Thursday. Those states are Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon and Tennessee.
