CHICAGO — Walgreens has extended for another year its targeted marketing services collaboration with emnos USA Corp.

Emnos said Tuesday that it has helped Walgreens boost customer engagement and long-term customer value via the delivery of relevant offers. The company’s services enable retailers to transform shopper data into tangible growth through its retail insights.

“We are proud to play an important role and consider ourselves a partner, bringing value to Walgreens as they continue on their transformative journey to become truly customer-led,” according to Ron Orgiefsky, managing director of emnos USA.

Overall, Walgreens operates 8,175 drug stores in 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Emnos said that, through its category management and personalized marketing solutions, it engages its clients by being “collaborative, impactful and pioneering.” The company’s tools enable retailers to collaborate with suppliers to personalize offers and target content to their best customers, in turn enhancing engagement and hoisting sales.

Emnos is part of Loyalty Partner GmbH, a subsidiary of American Express. With offices in five countries, emnos works with leading global retail brands in Europe and the United States.
