WARREN, Mich. — McKeon Products Inc. is expanding its Mack’s ear product lineup with the Mack’s Audibles Personal Sound Amplifier.

Not hearing aids, Mack’s Audibles amplify sound for people who aren’t hearing impaired but could benefit from a hearing boost, according to McKeon.

The company noted that Mack’s Audibles enable consumers to enhance the sound around them, and the high-tech device bridges the gap between the need for sound amplification and the “lackluster” product choices now available.

Plans call for the product to become available online at MacksAudibles.com at the end of 2016 and to roll out to retail store shelves soon thereafter, McKeon said.

Mack’s Audibles fit both ears. Product features include high-end technology for clear sound enhancement, a maximum power output level to safeguard against loud sounds, a stylish design, a separate power on/off switch, two listening modes, an easy-open battery door and easy-touch controls.
