Aveeno Haircare names Daphne Oz Brand Ambassador

LOS ANGELES – Aveeno Haircare has announced that Daphne Oz, best-selling author and Emmy-winning television host, as its first-ever Brand Ambassador. In 2019, Aveeno Haircare relaunched under Vogue International, a Johnson & Johnson company specializing in award-winning haircare brands. The six-collection rebrand signified a new look and feel for Aveeno’s hair care line with products and new formulations for all hair types. The brand is rooted in fresh, farm-to-shower inspired ingredient blends and scalp-soothing formulations, including signature Oat Milk, Blackberry Quinoa, and Apple Cider Vinegar.

The announcement of Daphne Oz aligns with the Aveeno Haircare brand’s first-ever Earth Day multi-platform campaign, with events taking place in the Venice Beach, California area, including a fan-driven Venice Beach clean-up to support the local community and beach front.

“Earth Day is the perfect time for Aveeno Haircare to celebrate the earth and all that she gives us,” says North America senior marketing director, Hanan Wajih. “Many of our ingredients are sourced from the land and with this year’s relaunch we wanted to implement an initiative to inspire small acts to keep our Earth beautiful.”
