CROMWELL, Conn. — AZO has added to its line of women’s health products with the rollout of AZO Cranberry Gummies.

AZO Cranberry GummiesThe i-Health Inc. brand said Monday that AZO Cranberry Gummies are made with Pacran, a super-concentrated cranberry powder that helps flush the urinary tract to maintain cleanliness. According to the company, the recommended daily use of two AZO Cranberry Gummies equals one 10-ounce glass of cranberry juice, without the excess calories.

AZO Cranberry Gummies come in a mixed flavor of natural raspberry and blueberry, providing an option for those who don’t like the taste of cranberry, AZO noted.

By incorporating the clinically proven benefits of cranberry, AZO’s new gummies can be used as a maintenance tool in the prevention of urinary tract infections (UTIs), i-Health said. The company cited research showing that more than half of U.S. women will contract at least one UTI in their lifetime, and one out of three  will experience recurrent infections.

“In its purest form, cranberry can be expensive and difficult to find in stores. But AZO Cranberry Gummies in a mixed berry flavor gives women an option to choose a great-tasting alternative to tart cranberry juice,” stated Nicole Bourdeau, marketing manager at i-Health, the distributor of AZO. “Plus, gummies make taking a daily supplement convenient, a benefit everyone can appreciate.”

AZO Cranberry Gummies carry a retail price of $6.50 to $9.99 for the 40-count gummies and $11.50 to $14.99 for the 72-count gummies. They are available at CVS/pharmacy, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Walmart and other major retailers.
