PICO RIVERA, Calif. — A joint venture between Bay Cities and the Royal Group, Royal Bay is opening the doors of its brand-new 323,000-square-foot facility in Chicago. Royal Bay is a leading expert in pack out and fulfillment operations. Brands and retailers call upon Royal Bay for projects ranging from small to large and when the most challenging manipulations need to be configured. Serving small and large retailers and brands for over 150 years, this new facility will increase speed to market and have the option to run multiple programs at the same time.

Royal Bay has 40 loading docks, 2 climate-controlled rooms of 8,400 sqft each and is under 24 hours security monitoring. Services provided are:

• Pallet display pack out
• Full POP display pack out, kitting, rework, labeling, sorting, bundling
• Blister, cold seal, heat and IR sealing
• Assembly, which can include products which need to be temperature controlled (e.g. chocolate).
