Dronabinol capsules is the generic version of Marinol from Abbvie and is used to nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy. Dronabinol is also used to treat loss of appetite and weight loss in people with HIV infection.  Dronabinol capsules is available in a 2.5, 5, and 10mg- 60ct bottles.
