NEW YORK — Copper Compression, a designer, manufacturer and provider of a wide range of copper-infused recovery wearables and self-care solutions,  earned two Gold Stevie Awards in The 18th Annual American Business Awards.

The company’s dual-filtered, copper-infused, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, washable and reusable face masks won the Gold Stevie Award in the Consumer Products – Durables category. It was also named Gold winner in theCompany of the Year – Consumer Products – Durables (small) category.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s American Business Award winners.

Judges noted that Copper Compression’s “mask products are very timely and an excellent use of established technology to solve a new problem” and “Copper Compression clearly created a relevant new product offering during a much-needed time.”

“We are honored to be recognized for the development of the first-of-its-kind copper-infused mask, which coincidentally, was introduced at the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak as we began to prepare for a launch of a travel line. This is the very reason why we were proud to immediately donate our first 18,000 units to frontline healthcare workers in the NY/NJ area,” said Joey Braha, brand manager at Copper Compression.
