ATLANTA — Harmonix LLC has launched Sleep Formula 39, a nonprescription sleep aid with all-natural sleep ingredients, in Atlanta-area retail stores.

The company said Sleep Formula 39 is now available in twin packs of 2 ouonce, single-serving bottles at all metropolitan Atlanta CVS/pharmacy locations as well as at select Rite Aid and GNC stores.

According to Harmonix, Sleep Formula 39 helps improve the onset, quality and duration of sleep. The company said clinical tests have shown that three out of four people who used the product slept longer, 71% spent less time tossing and turning, and more than half reported that they fell asleep faster.

Sleep Formula 39 is made with a proprietary combination of sleep ingredients — including 5-HTP, melatonin, GABA and L-Tryptophan — that Harmonix said help people fall asleep, stay asleep and avoid morning grogginess. The product contains no sugar, no salt and no carbs, the company added.

Danny Rinaldi, founder and chief executive officer of Atlanta-based Harmonix, said he believes the stresses that come with living in his company’s hometown make it ideal for the product debut.
