“Robyn Benincasa is a perfect match for this event as it enters its tenth year. Like owners and pharmacists in the independent pharmacy profession, Benincasa has achieved much and overcome many challenges in her own life and careers. She embodies the spirit of #TeamIndependent. She has both served as a firefighter and been on several endurance race teams, giving her great insight into how teams work best. She has also struck out on her own to earn three Guinness World Records, one of which she earned in Huntington Beach. As the Keynote Speaker, she will inspire leadership, teamwork and success from her perspective,” said Linda Reedy, director of marketing at The Independent Pharmacy Cooperative.

“The Independent Pharmacy Conference provides the perfect meeting place for independent owners, industry leaders and critical vendors. Other than what is sure to be an excellent keynote address, the Conference offers a over 70 vendor trade show, nine continuing education credits and much more. All of this with the beautiful setting of Huntington Beach providing the perfect backdrop to celebrate a decade of this important event,” Reedy added.

The event is sponsored by industry leaders who have joined forces to bring this opportunity to all independent pharmacies. Sponsors include; American Pharmacy Services Corporation, Independent Pharmacy Alliance, Independent Pharmacy Cooperative, PACE Alliance, Pharmacy Franchisees and Owners Association Inc., Pharmacy Provider Services Corporation and RxPlus.
