BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Next month, pharmacy automation provider Innovation will co-host a two-day pharmacy operations symposium with Binghamton University’s Watson Institute of Systems Excellence (WISE).

To be held April 9 and 10 at the university’s Innovative Technology Complex Center of Excellence Building, the “Exploring Successful Management for Pharmacy Operations” symposium will examine objectives, approaches, tools and technology that can help pharmacies keep up with a constantly changing industry landscape.

The symposium will feature WISE faculty, senior-level Innovation representatives in engineering and pharmacy, pharmacy operations specialists and interactive industry panel discussions.

Innovation, the maker of PharmASSIST pharmacy automation solutions, said the discussions will address a wide range of objectives, priorities and technologies that will help empower pharmacies from retail to high-volume production facilities to adapt to change and to more effectively improve their operations.
