FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Following the debut of its first organic items earlier this year, Jelly Belly Candy Co. has added an organic jelly bean gift box.

Jelly Belly said Wednesday that the Organic 10-Flavor Assorted Gift Box features berry, blueberry, cherry, coconut, lemon, orange, peach, pear, red apple and strawberry flavored beans. Each flavor is displayed in its own compartment.

The gift box ships in 12-count cases and is slated to hit store shelves by the end of September, the company said.

Jelly Belly announced its entry into the organic snack space in January with the introduction of its Organic Jelly Beans and Organic Fruit Flavored Snacks. The company said the strong reception for the organic line led to the Jelly Belly Organic 10-Flavor Assorted Gift Box.

The 4.25-oz. gift box joins a 1.9-oz. Grab & Go bag, 5.5-oz. pouch bag and bulk offerings in the Organic Assorted Jelly Bean Collection.

Besides Organic Jelly Beans in assorted flavors, Jelly Belly offers the organic beans in sour flavors: apple, berry, cherry, lemon and orange. The Organic Fruit Flavored Snacks come in six fruit flavors: strawberry, berry, lemon, apple, orange and cherry.

Jelly Belly said the Organic Jelly Beans and Organic Fruit Flavored Snacks are USDA-certified organic and OU-certified kosher and are made with non-GMO ingredients. The vegetarian snacks are made with colors and flavors from natural sources and are free from gelatin, gluten, fat and dairy.
