ISELIN, N.J.— LifeStyles, a global leader in sexual protection solutions and the makers of LifeStyles and SKYN, has donated over 5,000 non-lubricated condoms to St Mary’s Passaic in Passaic N.J. to be used in lieu of traditional stethoscope covers. Due to extreme shortage and heightened need for protective equipment, emergency room doctors have reduced stethoscope usage to reduce cross contamination. In an effort to provide a resource and reduce barriers healthcare professionals are experiencing during this time, LifeStyles is donating the condoms.

“During this difficult time, we all need to chip in any way we can,” said head of Americas at Lifestyles, Chris New. “Upon hearing the resourcefulness of the front line personnel to even think to use condoms as a way to reduce cross contamination, we immediately wanted to be a resource they could lean on. This donation is our small way of hopefully reducing one of the many barriers we know these heroes are faced with on a day-to-day basis.”
