PALM BEACH — Lionel Richie, one of the world’s biggest stars in music, will headline the NACDS Annual Meeting, which will be held April 27-30 at The Breakers. The multi award winning singer/songwriter will perform on Tuesday, April 30 from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  Open to ticket holders only.
