PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. — Market Performance Group recently announced that Linda Voracek and Courtney O’Grady will be joining our team to lead specialty Broker teams for beauty and value accounts, respectively.
A multifaceted merchandising executive with robust retail beauty experience and a strong track record of accomplishing results, Voracek is passionate about spearheading transformational initiatives that drive revenue, profitability, and consumer experience. She joined MPG from Sally Beauty Holdings, where she last served as group vice president and chief merchant. Earlier in her career, Linda was with CVS Pharmacy, where she was instrumental in launching the retailer’s Healthy Skincare Center concept, which provides personalized consultation to shoppers in select CVS stores.
O’Grady has almost a decade of experience in sales and account management, predominantly within the Value Channel. Courtney started her career with Henkel in Analytics, Category Management and as National Account Manager on the Dollar General Team delivering impressive sales and share growth, launching new hair care brands into the category, and creating more efficient promotional strategies. She was twice recognized during her time on Dollar General for excellence. Prior to joining MPG, she worked at SmileDirectClub, leading the DTC brand’s exclusive Oral Care launch into retail.
