ARLINGTON, Va. — The National Association of Chain Drug Stores announced its speakers for its 2020 Annual Meeting, which is set to take place April 25-28, at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Jon Meacham will be the headline speaker at the NACDS’ Business Program on Sunday, April 26. Meacham is a presidential historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author. He also is the author of numerous New York Times bestsellers and is a contributing editor to TIME. Meacham is a highly sought-after commentator, regularly appearing on CNN and MSNBC.

General James Mattis will be the featured speaker at the Business Program on Tuesday, April 28, 2020. Gen. Mattis served as the 26th Secretary of Defense for nearly two years before resigning with distinction. With his reputation as a sharp analyst and venerable wartime leader, Mattis received nearly unanimous, bipartisan support for his nomination.
