The beauty and personal care company said Thursday that it ranks 3,136 on the 2017 Inc. 5000 list, a jump of 428 spots from a year ago.
Paris Presents said it has outpaced industry averages with 20%-plus annual sales gains over the last four years. The company’s spotlight page on the Inc. 5000 list said it totaled revenue of $198.9 million in 2016 and tallied three-year growth of 105%.
Paris Presents noted that innovation in women’s beauty routines, expansion into China and broader digital education via vehicles such as YouTube and other social media have fueled its growth.
Flagship brands of Gurnee, Ill.-based Paris Presents include Real Techniques, EcoTools and Body Benefits by Body Image, which have domestic and international distribution.
“As a team, we’ve implemented bold strategies including embracing new marketing channels, disrupting the retail makeup aisle category and listening intently and constantly to our consumers and retailers, which all have contributed to our success,” stated Patrick O’Brien, chief executive officer of Paris Presents. “Being on this illustrious list for three straight years is a testament to our team’s commitment and vision.”
The Inc. 5000 list ranks private companies based on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. Paris Presents said it has joined the 20% of companies that have appeared on the list for three consecutive years.
