PCMA names new staff addition to state affairs

WASHINGTON — The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) has announced that Regina Stivers as PCMA’s newest staff addition.

Stivers joins PCMA as director, state affairs. She brings a tremendous amount of experience, having worked in both federal and state government and in the private sector overseeing economic development. Before joining PCMA, Regina served as both deputy secretary and Interim secretary of Kentucky’s Tourism, Arts & Heritage Cabinet where she oversaw 16 agencies.

“I want to welcome Regina to our team,” said JC Scott, PCMA president & CEO. “PCMA continues to work with state and federal lawmakers as they seek to make prescription drugs affordable to every consumer. Regina’s extraordinary government and private sector experience will only enhance our organization’s ability to achieve that objective.”

She also served as a regional director for two U.S. Senators from Kentucky including U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R, Ky.) and the late U.S. Senator Jim Bunning (R, Ky.). Prior to these roles, she served as director of boards and commissions for Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher.
