“The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, representing America’s pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), looks forward to working collaboratively with the nominees for these key HHS positions in the Biden Administration. Ms. Brooks-LaSure, Ms. Palm, and Ms. Egorin all bring welcome expertise and experience to their respective roles in the department.

We appreciate the Biden Administration’s recent actions to delay and review the rebate rule and will work with the nominees to revoke the rule to help assure Part D enrollees have continued access to affordable Medicare Part D coverage. We also look forward to working with the nominees on policies to reduce prescription drug costs for all Americans.”
