PCMA welcomes new staff member, announces new roles

WASHINGTON — The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) is announcing the addition of Michael Power as senior director, State Affairs and new roles for Tim Dube, Melodie Shrader, Heather Cascone, and Randy Kane.

Michael Power joins PCMA with a long list of association state advocacy work in the Southeastern U.S. He brings experience and many stakeholder and legislative relationships to PCMA. Most recently, Michael was the Executive Director of the Georgia Cable Association in Smyrna, Georgia.

Tim Dube has been promoted to vice president, Regulatory Affairs, leading the division following Wendy Krasner’s retirement at the end of the year. Melodie Shrader is being promoted to vice president, State Affairs; Heather Cascone, assistant vice president, State Affairs; and Randy Kane, senior manager, State Affairs.

“I want to welcome Michael to the team and congratulate Tim, Melodie, Heather, and Randy on their well-deserved promotions,” said PCMA president and CEO JC Scott. “I also want to recognize Wendy Krasner for her exceptional work and service at PCMA. She has been a tireless advocate for this industry and for patients. While I wish her best in retirement, I am pleased that she will still be working with us as a senior advisor.”
