MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.—PerceptiMed announced that the company has entered into a co-marketing agreement with Epic Pharmacies, one of the nation’s leading independent pharmacy group purchasing organizations (GPOs). Epic Pharmacies and PerceptiMed will work together to introduce the benefits of PerceptiMed’s scripClip Will Call Automation System to their member pharmacies.

Jay Romero, chief executive officer of Maryland based Epic Pharmacies, says he believes PerceptiMed’s Will Call Automation System “ will help our member pharmacies operate more efficiently and provide better customer service. I think the patient medication safety benefits of the system are among the strongest reasons a pharmacy will want to install this will-call system.”

Frank Starn, CEO of PerceptiMed, says he is excited about EPIC Pharmacies becoming a co- marketing partner. “Epic Rx is one of the country’s most progressive GPOs. Epic Rx has an outstanding reputation and provides outstanding programs and services for its member pharmacies across the country.” Starn adds, as part of the co-marketing agreement, PerceptiMed will exhibit at the 29th Annual Epic Pharmacies Stockholders Meeting and Trade Show. The trade show will be May 1 – 3, 2020, in National Harbor, Md.
