Post Consumer Brands, Mondelez Int. launch Sour Patch Kids flavored cereal

LAKEVILLE, Minn. — Post Consumer Brands and Mondelez International are making this winter a little less sour, with the new sweet Post Sour Patch Kids flavored Cereal. Inspired by the fan-favorite Sour Patch Kids soft & chewy candy, the latest collaboration from Post and Mondelēz International is so delicious, candy and cereal fans alike may think they’re dreaming.

The Sour Patch Kids inspired cereal features fun, “kid” shaped pieces with a sour coating and a sweet finish.  Whether enjoyed in a bowl of milk or straight out of the box, Post  flavored cereal brings the sour then sweet flavor of Sour Patch Kids candy to every flavorful bite.

“Following the launch of Post Oero O’s cereal, Nutter Butter flavored cereal and Chips Ahoy! flavored cereal last year, we are excited to introduce fans to a new first-of-its-kind cereal, one that they never dreamed was possible,” said Roxanne Bernstein, chief marketing officer, Post Consumer Brands. “Post Sour Patch Kids flavored cereal brings the  sour then sweet taste of the beloved candy brand right to the cereal bowl.
