The drug chain said Wednesday that the celebration, will be held on Saturday, June 20, from noon to 4 p.m. at the 158-02 Union Turnpike store in Flushing, located in the New York City borough of Queens.

At the event, customers can partake in free health screenings, product samplings and other activities. Customers also will have a chance to earn tickets to PlentiTogether LIVE, a concert featuring recording artists Pitbull, Keith Urban and Nick Jonas on July 19, at the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan.

The first 100 Rite Aid customers who make a qualifying purchase of $50 or more using their free Plenti card, between noon and 4 p.m., will receive a pair of tickets to the PlentiTogether LIVE concert. Other giveaways will also be held at the grand reopening event.

Announced in March, Plenti is the nation’s first multibrand rewards program that enables members to earn and redeem points at multiple retailers using a single card. Operated by American Express, the program brings together thousands of partner retail locations, including AT&T, Exxon, Macy’s, Mobil, Nationwide, Rite Aid, Direct Energy, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hulu.

Rite Aid is the exclusive drug store partner in Plenti and in early May launched wellness+ with Plenti, integrating the coalition plan with its wellness+ rewards program, which has about 25 million active members.
