DALLAS — Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar visited ReNue Rx, a Health Mart pharmacy, located at 2701 South Hampton Road today to recognize the meaningful work pharmacists are contributing to the fight against COVID-19 through test collection. More than 140 Health Mart pharmacies across 40 states are active in the eTrueNorth and Department of Health and Human Services program.
“Our COVID-19 test collection efforts have supported more than 60,000 patients,” said Nimesh Jhaveri, president of Health Mart. “I’m very proud of our local, trusted pharmacists on the frontlines serving patients. When HHS called on us, I knew Health Mart pharmacies would step up and help. They care deeply for their communities.”
