Stand Up To Cancer, CVS Health team on new video

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

LOS ANGELES – Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) and CVS Health shared a new video today to remind people that every dollar counts in the fight against cancer. The video features CVS Health colleagues, alongside SU2C ambassadors Rob Riggle, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Brenda Song, Alison Sweeney, Candice Patton, Max Greenfield, Italia Ricci and Olivia Holt, who encourage viewers to join them in forgoing their usual latte or ice cream and instead donate their dollars to SU2C at their local CVS Pharmacy.

The video aims to raise awareness for the in-store fundraising campaign benefitting SU2C at CVS Pharmacy locations across the country. The in-store fundraising campaign launched October 28 running through November 17 and will support SU2C’s ongoing efforts to turn every cancer patient into a long-term survivor. CVS Health colleagues and customers have raised more than $20 million for Stand Up To Cancer since 2014.

Funds raised now through November 17 will support SU2C’s collaborative cancer research model which brings together scientists from different institutions and across multiple disciplines to work together to develop new treatments quickly and save lives now. CVS Pharmacy customers can support Stand Up To Cancer by donating $1, $3 or more in-store at the register or online.
