Clavis Insight acquired by Ascential
BOSTON and DUBLIN, Ireland — Clavis Insight, an e-commerce specialist serving product manufacturers, is being acquired by Ascential plc, an international, business-to-business information company. Financial terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed.
