ST. LOUIS — Ward Klein is slated to retire as executive chairman of Edgewell Personal Care Co. this summer and be succeeded by David Hatfield, president and chief executive officer. Edgewell said Friday that Klein will step down on July 6, with Hatfield becoming chairman and retaining his position as president and CEO. R. David
