ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA) has launched a collaborative initiative to create a rubric for assessing the patient-centeredness of quality measure development and implementation. PQA, in partnership with the National Quality Forum (NQF) and the National Health Council (NHC), will engage patients, measure developers, and other stakeholders to create the Patient-Centered Engagement Rubric for
