Genoa acquires Northeast Pharmaceuticals
TUKWILA, Wash. — Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company, has acquired long-term care pharmacy provider Northeast Pharmaceuticals Inc. Financial terms of the deal, announced this week, weren’t disclosed. Montgomery, Ala.-based Northeast Pharmaceuticals operates eight pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi and provides customized pharmacy solutions to more than 150 long-term care facilities in the Southeast.
