Prestige Brands to acquire C.B. Fleet Co.
TARRYTOWN, N.Y. — Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. plans to buy over-the-counter medicine and personal care manufacturer C.B. Fleet Co. from private equity firm Gryphon Investors for $825 million in cash.
