WASHINGTON — The Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) has endorsed the Restoring Access to Medicines Act of 2015 (H.R. 1270), which would make it easier for consumers to use medical savings account funds to buy over-the-counter medicines. CHPA said Thursday that the bill, introduced in the House of Representatives by Reps. Lynn Jenkins (R., Kan.)
