NORCROSS, Ga. — Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals plans to acquire the diet and energy aids brands of Innovative Laboratories, a maker of weight-loss and sports nutrition products. Financial terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed. Hi-Tech said Tuesday that under the deal it will acquire Innovative’s Black Mamba Hyperrush, Diablos ECA Fire Caps, Diablos Hyperburn, and Hell Fire
