Cowman and O’Dowd to lead HDA Research Foundation board
ARLINGTON, Va. — The HDA Research Foundation announced Craig Cowman of Cardinal Health as chairman of its board of directors. Stephen O’Dowd of Eisai, Inc., is vice chairman.
