CHARLESTON, W.Va  — West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey announced his office reached a settlement with Walgreens for $83 million on Wednesday. Morrisey said that Walgreens has agreed to pay the amount over eight years, resolving a lawsuit that alleged the company, through its failure to maintain adequate controls, contributed to the oversupply of opioids
