MELROSE PARK, Ill. — Alberto Culver’s TRESemme hair care brand is returning for a second season as the official hair partner of Bravo’s "The Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection" television program.

The company said Tuesday that TRESemme is enhancing the brand’s digital platforms, providing viewers of "The Fashion Show," which premieres on Nov. 9, with exclusive insider styling footage and how-tos direct from backstage at the TRESemme salon.

Renowned fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi is back as host and judge and is joined this season by supermodel and fashion icon Iman, according to Alberto Culver. Laura Brown of Harper’s Bazaar will also be a series judge, along with a select group of guest judges. Also returning to the salon for a second season is TRESemme celebrity stylist Jeanie Syfu, who will lead the TRESemme team and consult with the designer contestants to create all of the runway hairstyles.

"The Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection" will split 12 men and women into two fashion houses, which must work together to create a cohesive collection each week and produce a live fashion show in every episode. Contestants pushing to create the ultimate collection have a chance to win $125,000 furnished by TRESemme Professional Hair Care.

"Once again, TRESemme is bringing the world of style to women and showing them how they can take runway trends and translate them into everyday looks," commented Derek Bowen, vice president of U.S. marketing for hair care. "This season, we are letting fans go even further ‘behind the curtain’ to see what really goes into completing a winning look from hair-to-toe."

TRESemme also will provide exclusive styling content on the brand’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, as well as on TRESemme.com. Fans will find weekly behind-the-scenes salon content from the most recent episode, such as the designers’ consultations with Syfu. They can also view backstage and runway photos of the hair styles and the finished winning look.
