Garcia will join Unilever on January 1st, with Sourry supporting the leadership transition into early 2020. Garcia will report to CEO Nitin Paranjpe. Braams will begin her new role on January 1st. The appointment of a new EVP, Unilever Middle Europe will be announced at a later date.
