RESTON, Va. — STS Health’s Air-Vita Allergy homeopathic throat and nasal spray has been rolled out to more than 2,400 CVS/pharmacy stores nationwide.

STS Health Air-Vita Allergy spray_WEBSTS Health said Monday that Air-Vita Allergy relieves allergy symptoms by coating the throat and nasal pathways, where most allergens enter the body, and delivering soothing botanicals to both of those passages to calm allergens.

The nondrowsy formula contains natural ingredients to relieve multiple allergy symptoms, including runny and stuffy nose, itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, sinus pressure and nasal congestion. Each of the formula’s 14 homeopathic ingredients targets a specific allergy symptom, according to the company.

Last year, STS Health reported, North Shore University Health System allergy statistics showed that one in five Americans suffer from allergies, with the top triggers being pollen, hay fever, dust mites and pet dander. The company noted that although there are many effective over-the-counter allergy relief products available, few are homeopathic, zinc-free and don’t contain antihistamines.

“The introduction of Air-Vita Allergy to retail stores offers consumers a new and unique approach to natural allergy relief,” stated Dr. Steve Schwartz, founder and maker of STS Health’s Air-Vita and FluNada brand products. “Air-Vita Allergy has no known drug interactions and therefore can be used as a complement to internasal steroids or as a stand-alone medication.”

Along with CVS, other retailers selling STS Health’s FluNada and/or Air-Vita products include Walgreens, Duane Reade, Kinney Drugs, Meijer, Winn-Dixie, Bi-Lo, Giant Eagle, Harris Teeter and Food City.
