Carex buys Detach N’ Go brand

NORWELL, Mass. — Carex Health Brands has acquired the Detach N’ Go brand of detachable pill cases from Inventures Products LLC.

Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. Carex said Thursday that the product line consists of a range of unique, detachable pill cases that serve a niche market of people with active lifestyles.

Detach N’ Go products are sold in chain drug stores, independent pharmacies and grocery retailers nationwide.

"We were impressed with the quality and design of Detach N’ Go’s many products and how perfectly they complement our existing line of Apex medication compliance products," stated Matt McElduff, president of Carex Health Brands. "We plan on working seamlessly together to continue to grow the line and incorporate many of Detach N’ Go’s features into our newest products. We will also look to add their existing products to our current broad base of distribution."
