WAUKESHA, Wis. — Hamacher Resource Group Inc. has expanded its ownership team.

The consumer health care at retail marketing specialist said Tuesday that product research and analysis manager Sean Grudzinski and software/web development lead Shawn Theesfeld have joined the company’s ownership team, bringing the total number of employee owners to eight.

This month, Grudzinski will mark 20 years at Hamacher, having been with the company in 1996. Theesfeld joined Hamacher in 2007.

“Sean has been an exemplary role model within the organization and among our clients. His experience and drive has helped us to deliver innovative, best-in-class services to our clients,” stated Hamacher vice president and owners group member Dave Wendland.

Hamacher noted that owners are actively involved in day-to-day business operations. Also, to build a leadership plan for the future, the owner group collaborates to identify associates with the skills, knowledge and traits reflecting the company’s values.

“Shawn balances his love of technology with a deep understanding of client needs from both a business and technical standpoint which results in superior solutions for many of our accounts,” commented Dawn Vogelsang, Hamacher president and leader of the owner group.

The new ownership structure enables Hamacher to continue to expand and advance its solution set while ensuring the firm will remain focused on helping clients in the retail consumer health care supply chain meet their goals, the company said. Clients leveraging Hamacher’s services, which also include category management and business strategy, include product manufacturers, health care distributors, retailers and technology firms.
