ORLANDO, Fla. — The Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA) honored pharmaceutical and consumer product manufacturers with the annual Distribution Industry Awards for Notable Achievements in Healthcare (DIANA). The honorees were formally recognized during the DIANA and Nexus Awards dinner at the HDA 2019 Business and Leadership Conference in Orlando, Fla.

This year marks the DIANA Awards’ 60th anniversary of honoring industry excellence. HDA-member recipients serve as a model for innovation in healthcare and demonstrate leadership, maintain strong trading partnerships with the Alliance’s distributor members and develop innovative new product launches and promotions for the pharmaceutical distribution industry. The winners are selected by HDA distributor members.

Two companies also were recognized as HDA Manufacturer Partners of the Year; the winners are HDA members that have had at least five consecutive years of membership and active participation with the Alliance.

“HDA is proud to honor this year’s recipients for their contributions to the industry and the pharmaceutical supply chain,” said HDA President and CEO John Gray.
