NEW YORK — Rimmel London has launched Show Off Lip Lacquer, touted as a breakthrough lacquer formula with pure color pigments that deliver bold, saturated colour and intense mirror-like shine.

Show Off Lip Lacquer is making its debut at Walgreens.

The cosmetics brand said Thursday that the creamy lip lacquer is smooth and not sticky, providing extreme comfort and shine that lasts all day.

An innovative, new foam applicator features a built-in micro-reservoir to hold the right amount of lacquer within the wand, enabling the color to glide on easily and evenly, according to Rimmel.

The lip lacquer comes in 14 shades ($5.99 each), including Celestial, Nova, Comet, Solstice, Out Of This World, Galaxy, Big Bang, Aurora, Luna, Stellar, Nude Eclipse, Light Year, Stargazer and Apocaliptic.

Showing off Rimmel London Show Off Lip Lacquer will be English modeling superstar Kate Moss, who will be featured in the product’s ad campaign.

Show Off Lip Lacquer is available exclusively at Walgreens through December and will be in full distribution at chain drug stores and mass retailers nationwide in January 2014.
